Step 01

Submit Your Nomination

To begin the nomination process, simply pay the entry fee using our secure payment link. Once the payment is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a form to submit all necessary book details. This two-step process helps us streamline genuine entries and maintain quality standards.

Importantly, both authors/publishers and readers can nominate a book they love! If a reader nominates a book, we’ll reach out to the author or publisher to complete the details after the payment.

Receive a form via email to submit book details (cover, description, link).

Readers can nominate too — we’ll follow up with the author if needed.

Step 02

Review & Shortlisting

Our team will review all submissions for completeness and quality standards. Once validated, your book is added to the Nomination Gallery — a public-facing page where readers can browse all entries and prepare to vote.

Books are checked for eligibility and content standards.

Approved titles go live in the official Nomination Gallery.

You’ll get a badge and a shareable link for promoting your entry.

Step 03

Public Voting Opens

Voting is done online and promoted across our newsletter, 30 30 magazine, WhatsApp, and Telegram groups. Readers can vote for one book in each category, and authors are encouraged to promote their nomination to their own followers for support.

Voting is open to everyone — one vote per category per person.

Readers decide which books move to the final stage.

More votes = more visibility in the social media and leaderboard.

Step 04

Winners Announced & Featured

After the voting period closes, we tally the votes and announce winners publicly. Winners receive a digital certificate, a custom award badge, and a guaranteed spotlight in the social media, upcoming issue of 30 30 & more. Runner-ups may also be featured based on vote count and engagement.
